When we formulated and manufactured our first batch of ink all those years ago, we never dreamed we would become the largest flexographic ink manufacturer in the great state of Michigan… or that we would develop and formulate products that people all over the world would see, feel, and experience every day… we set out with one objective – service.

A lot’s changed since we formulated and produced our first batch of ink; we’ve developed award winning inks and coatings, purchased and renovated a beautiful 34,200 S.F. manufacturing headquarters, invested in state-of-the-art automated color matching software, and welcomed some of the most talented and experienced people in our industry to join our team. None of which would be possible without our greatest and most valuable advantage of all, our customers.

Our original mission statement is short, clear, and never changing “always do what’s in the best interest of the customer, and the ink will sell itself.” This statement is as true today as it was when we opened our doors all those years ago. When you reach out to American Inks, we’ll listen. When you give American Inks a deadline, we’ll meet it. Because when it’s important to you, it’s important to us.
